Visibility and control over projects executed by Turkish suppliers: a single accountable coordinator for schedule, quality milestones, interfaces and risks.
Overview
International buyers typically manage Turkish suppliers from a distance: weekly calls, progress reports written by the supplier and occasional visits. That works until it does not. A late material order or a failed test discovered three weeks before shipment can turn into months of delay.
QUALITAS TR provides project management on the buyer's side. We build or validate the project schedule with the supplier, coordinate procurement and sub-suppliers, monitor milestones against verified physical progress, manage technical and commercial interfaces, and identify risks while there is still time to act.
Our project managers work with your project team using your reporting structure and tools. They are engineers who also inspect, so schedule, quality and technical status are reported together rather than by three different people.
Each service page explains scope, methodology, standards and deliverables.

Planned versus actual weighted progress, updated from shop floor verification rather than supplier estimates.
Weighted manufacturing progress of a fabricated equipment order with milestone markers. Select a scenario or a milestone.
Expediting compares verified physical progress with the agreed schedule and flags delivery risk early.
How we work
A simple, disciplined cycle repeated at the rhythm the project needs.
Scope, schedule, deliverables, communication lines and reporting format agreed with buyer and supplier.
A level 2 or level 3 schedule with milestones, critical path, long lead items and quality hold points.
Progress verified on site, documents and procurement tracked, deviations recorded.
Issues and risks owned, mitigations agreed, escalations made with options and impact.
Concise weekly or bi-weekly report: status, look-ahead, risks, decisions needed.
