Service family 01

Quality assurance and quality control services

Independent control of product conformity and of the systems that produce it, from incoming material to the final quality dossier.

Overview

Control the product. Assure the process.

Quality control and quality assurance are often used as synonyms. They are not. Quality control checks the product against defined acceptance criteria: dimensions, material, appearance, function. Quality assurance checks that the planning, procedures, records and competence behind the product are adequate, so that conformity is repeatable rather than accidental.

International buyers sourcing from Turkey need both. A supplier may ship one perfect batch and a nonconforming one the next month if its process controls are weak. QUALITAS TR combines independent product inspection with a structured review of the supplier's quality plan, inspection records and corrective action system, and reports both in a single, traceable format.

The service family covers the full chain of quality control stages, the planning documents that govern them (ITP, quality control plan, control plan) and the management of what happens when something is wrong: nonconformity reports, root cause analysis and verified corrective action.

Statistical evidence, not impressions

Where the volume justifies it, we review process data as well as parts. The example shows how an individuals chart separates normal variation from a real shift.

Control limits calculated from the first 15 samples. Select a scenario, then a point.

Illustrative data

An individuals chart plots each measurement against limits at three standard deviations from the centre line.

How we work

A defined quality plan for every order

We start from your purchase order requirements and agree, in writing, what will be checked, when, by whom and against which criteria.

  1. Requirement review

Purchase order, drawings, specifications and applicable standards are reviewed and every inspection characteristic is identified.

  2. Quality plan

We prepare or review the ITP or quality control plan with hold, witness and review points and agree it with you and the supplier.

  3. Execution

Inspections at the agreed stages with calibrated equipment, photographs and measured values, not ticks.

  4. Disposition

Nonconformities are recorded, classified and tracked to closure with the supplier's root cause and corrective action.

  5. Release and dossier

Inspection release note or report, and a review of the final documentation package before shipment.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between quality control and quality assurance?

Quality control verifies the product against acceptance criteria. Quality assurance verifies the system that produces the product: plans, procedures, competence and records. QUALITAS TR provides both and reports them separately.

Can you work to our own inspection checklist?

Yes. We work to the buyer's checklist, ITP or quality plan when one exists, and propose one when it does not. Our reports always reference the document revision used.

Direct contact. No forms.

Discuss your inspection, audit or project requirements

Send us the purchase order scope, drawings, specifications or ITP and the supplier location. You will receive a written proposal with scope, inspector profile, schedule and reporting format.
