How it works
Lot size and general inspection level give the sample size code letter. The code letter and each AQL give a sampling plan from the single sampling table for normal inspection. Where the table points to another plan with an arrow, the tool follows it and shows the resulting sample size.
Assumptions and limits
Normal inspection, single sampling, general inspection levels I, II and III. Tightened and reduced inspection, double and multiple sampling and special inspection levels are not covered. The tool reproduces the logic of the published tables for convenience; always confirm plans against the current edition of ISO 2859-1 for contractual use.
